accidental video/action for Team Rocket Base

[The video posted on the network isn't very clear. It's hazy and it's filmed from a bad angle. It's not a very nice film. You might want to look away from it.

What is this place and how do I get out of here?

Tch. [There's a loud thud and someone who looks like a Rocket Grunt appears on the screen for a while before getting up and running away. It's then when the owner of the gear notices the device and picks it up. He doesn't point it to his face - instead you can see a Purrloin.]

Looks like any of the guys here aren't off help. How about any of you?

(ooc: The poor guy here is a Team Rocket NPC who happened to come across Ikuto when he was searching for people he could ask questions from.)

[Dist is making his rounds through the base when he hears what seems to be an argument, and then spots the panicked NPC run through an intersection in the hallway. He raises an eyebrow. What's causing those spineless grunts to flee now?

He makes his way to the intersection and peers in the direction the grunt was running from. He just raises an eyebrow at what he finds. A sour-looking young man that he doesn't recognize. What the heck is so intimidating about that?

Well, he'll bite at least. So Ikuto will see a white-haired man in a long labcoat making his way toward him with a Roserade at his side.]

Is something the matter? What was all that racket about?

Nope, you're stuck until they decide they don't want you here anymore and then you'll leave just as suddenly as you came.

Yeah, people get dumped here pretty frequently, you'll see a bunch of newbies show up every few weeks.

The rate at which people leave however is completely random.

This place pulls people from different worlds to this one! And keeps them here.

So there's no way of telling when someone leaves.

[Not that he would do much with the information, expect maybe say bye to Utau.]
